Model Dynamic Analysis of the Telecommunications Service Provision in a Hierarchical System

The proposed universal model involves a combination of methods of statistical and mathematical analysis. The application of the model solves management problems for obtaining a generalized evaluation of each business unit in dynamics, taking into account both objective and subjective information about its relative importance in the hierarchy.
