The study may be useful for small businesses, not only flower shops, in that it provides a comprehensive primary approach to analyzing small companies, which will increase the efficiency of its activities and extract greater profits from the investment. The study is aimed at reviewing the floristic business in the Russian Federation. The main representatives are small and medium businesses: floristic studios and flower shops. This area is promising, which pushes many people and florists to start their own business. The main object of this work will be the activity of the florist company in the market of St. Petersburg, and more specifically the activity of a particular flower studio "Bant". Initially, an analysis of the floristic sphere is carried out, from which it is possible to identify the features and difficulties for the participants in this niche. Further, a full-fledged analysis of the company is carried out in various areas: management, marketing, and some financial indicators. Based on the overall picture in the macro and microenvironment, we can judge the weaknesses and weaknesses of the company. As a result, proposed measures to eliminate or minimize their impact on the activities of the studio "Bant", as well as increasing the company's revenue, which is its main goal. For example, the introduction of a new structural unit, the elaboration of a certain production process, the formation of a new branch of activity. The study may be useful for small businesses, not only flower shops, in that it provides a comprehensive primary approach to analyzing small companies, which will increase the efficiency of its activities and extract greater profits from the investment.
