In this work, switching power supplies are studied. The main objective of this work is providing aircraft equipment with proper electrical power. During this work a wide input voltage and temperature range power supply for application in aircraft was designed. To solve this problem wide range of references were used. During this work main methods of designing such devices were studied, required components were calculated, a schematic of device was created using modern components. Finally results were verified using modern computer aided design software.
