Keywords: efficiency; storage facilities; digital transformation; efficiency indicators and assessment The object of the study were warehousing processes of the Agroholding Vyborzhets. The subject of the research was the use of the application to optimize the processes of warehousing, namely, the assessment of its effectiveness. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction reveals the current nature of the problem of doing business in the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation; the relevance of the research in the chosen direction is complemented by the processes of digital transformation and the incorporation of modern technologies into business processes; the problem, goal and objectives of the research are posed, The first chapter provides an overview of existing methods of applying modern mobile technologies to improve the efficiency of logistics processes, and also examines the criteria for the effectiveness of introducing such know-how. The second chapter describes in detail the position of the Agroholding Vyborzhets, the details of the project and the methodology of the practical part of the work; in addition to describing the position of the company and warehousing business processes. Diversified analysis conducted The third chapter reveals the question of the practical assessment of the effectiveness of implementing a warehouse-optimizing application through the use of financial modeling, evaluating the perception of the process by employees and analyzing changes in the business process after the application is implemented. The conclusion is devoted to summarizing the issue of this thesis and the formation of practical recommendations for other companies that are in a similar situation.
