The purpose of this work is to study the Russian experience in environmental protection using the example of specially protected natural areas, analyzing the legal framework, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, as well as comparing domestic experience with foreign ones. And also to formulate proposals to the current legislation and the mechanism of management of the Natural Complex of the city of Moscow on the example of the Natural-Historical Park "Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo".

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
