This is a visual study of the pigment and its use in modern art. The purpose of the study was to understand what role pigment plays in art and how modern artists use it, as well as to trace the connection between the phenomenon of pigment in art and in the cosmetic industry. The results showed that the use of pigment in art is very similar to cosmetic. The study clearly shows how strongly the pigment helps artists express themselves. However, in art they are not looking for the practicality of this material, while in the beauty industry this could greatly make life easier for many users of cosmetics.
