The object of study is the State Secondary Standard of Average Power of Laser Radiation Unit in the range from 10-15 to 10-3 W and in the spectral range from 0.4 to 1.1 μm. The purpose of the work is to select possible schemes for constructing a State Secondary Standard of Average Power of Laser Radiation Unit in the range from 10-15 to 10-3 W and in the spectral range from 0.4 to 1.1 μm, to conduct theoretical studies of the metrological characteristics of the developed standard, to analyze the budget of measurement uncertainty laser power. In this paper, I investigated the setup for measuring the power of low-level laser radiation to study their metrological characteristics. The choice of the design of the developed Secondary Standard of Average Power of Laser Radiation Unit is substantiated. The analysis of the budget of measuring uncertainty of the power unit of laser radiation in the range from 10-15 to 10-3 W and in the spectral range from 0.4 to 1.1 μm has been carried out.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
