Chat-Вots in Internet-Marketing

This work is concerned with the use of chat-bots as one of the tools of Internet- marketing. Nowadays, people are increasingly switching to messengers. Companies should switch to messengers too, to implement chat-bots that can attract potential customers in a familiar and convenient interface. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical aspects of chat-bots and their use in Internet-marketing, as well as to develop a chat-bot for a particular business, the use of which will increase sales and economic performance of the enterprise. The objectives of the research are: 1. To analyze the theoretical aspects of chat-bots; 2. To study the features of the use of chat-bots in Internet-marketing; 3. To identify the main aspects of the use of chat-bots in practice; 4. To study the target audience of a particular business, to develop the most optimal scenario of the chat-bot for its future implementation; 5. To evaluate the effectiveness of the chat-bot developed in the course of this study in practice. The first chapter considers the origin of chat-bots and their classification. The second chapter focuses on chat-bots in Internet-marketing. In addition, it is described the need of the implementation of the chat-bot in the business processes of the company, as well as the portrait of the target audience and its basic needs. The structures of the dialogue of chat-bots and the development of chat-bots are also considered in the second chapter. The third chapter shows the analysis of identifying the best solution for the development of chat-bots, analysis of identifying suitable messengers for them and analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of chat-bots in a particular business. As a result of the work, the goal and objectives were achieved: after the implementation of the chat-bot in a specific business, the number of applications was increased by 3 times and the company's profit as well.
