Features of the Formation of Supply Chains in the Internet Trade

Theme of the final qualifying work - Optimization of supply chains of an online store Key words of the graduation project are: supply chain, organization, e-commerce, online store, storage, distribution. The object of the research project is IP Nikolai Aleksandrovich Zagumenov - online store of sporting goods and small automotive equipment. The introduction identifies the goals and objectives of the work, presents the relevance of the chosen topic. The first eye of the final qualifying work is devoted to the theoretical description of the concept of supply chains, their types, application in online trade, the supply chain is defined as a technical and economic system. The second chapter of the final qualifying work describes the company IP Zagumenov, presented SWOT analysis, analysis of the company's economic indicators The third chapter presents an analysis of the Internet store IP Zagumenov, reviewed the logistics of the store, identified the main business processes, identified the bottlenecks of the supply chain, as well as methods for eliminating them. In addition, the third chapter contains options for further development and optimization of the supply chain and logistics of an online store, and optimization solutions are proposed for the future. In the conclusion the main results of final qualifying work are summed up, conclusions are made for each chapter and a general assessment of the results obtained is given. And also, recommendations were given on further improvement of the enterprise’s work.
