Web Application for Dance Studios

Dance service market is rapidly growing these days. New dance styles and popular projects dedicated to dancing are emerging. These factors contribute to an increase in the interest in this sport. In this regard a lot of people have a desire to take dance lessons and they have a problem of choosing a suitable dance studio that meets all their needs. Nowadays the problem is especially relevant as there is still no web-services that would allow the end user to complete a full cycle from getting a list of all the available studios on the screen to signing up for a class without using external web-applications. In this paper we consider existing solutions for solving the problem. We present a comparative analysis of similar web applications, clarify their advantages and disadvantages and justify the market competitiveness of the developed web-service. The paper also explains the software implementation features, web-application architecture and technologies used. The application described in the paper is a web-application for dance studios, with the help of which they could publish information about themselves, and for those people, who has a desire to do dancing, in order they could choose a suitable dance class and sign up online, right after viewing all the available studios on the map or as a list.
