The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the changing conditions of the financial markets at the national and international levels. Modern economic processes form new requirements for the construction of a global financial mechanism. Government regulation of the financial sector plays an important role in this process. The scale of the impact of the crisis fully indicates the need to revise the regulatory models, in terms of recognizing the threat of systemic risks, as well as the incompleteness of the established legislative framework.
