This paper is devoted to the issue of the cinema-theatrical theme functioning in the magazin “Women's Journal”, published by the private joint-stock company "Ogonek" from 1926 to 1930. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the functioning of this topic within the publication. In this regard, the work examines and analyzes the publications of the journal devoted to cinema and theater. And also an attempt is being made to write the materials of the cinema-theatrical theme of the "Women's Journal" into the existing historical context.
