Administrative and Legal Regime of the State Border of the Russian Federation

.This article is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal bases of functioning of the administrative regime of the border of the Russian Federation. The author proves that it is necessary to bring clearer and multipurpose term of the state border for the Russian Federation and for other states. Also, the regulations of the Russian Federation are analyzed in order to detect problems and idea of their resolving. The author uses dialectic, systematic, historical, comparative law and other scientific methods. The practical importance of the study is proved by frequent repetition of violation of the rules of the administrative and legal regime nowadays. It will be useful both for lawyers and for customs officer. In addition, the author suggests how to improve the legislation and the law interpretation acts related to the issue. The project proposal consists of the following parts: abstract, introduction, the main part, results and reference list.
