Corruption and Anti-Criminal Security: Issue of Prevention

The study aims to analyze the phenomenon of corruption as a threat to anti-criminal security; as well as criminal and legal prevention in combating corruption. In the framework of the study were considered: the concept and General characteristics of anti-criminal security; corruption as a background phenomenon and property of crime; determination of corruption as a socially dangerous phenomenon; anti-corruption system; criminal and political support for the prevention of corruption crimes; the consequences of corruption. It was also suggested improvement of criminal-legal measures of counteraction of corruption.
