Business Development Project

Graduation qualification work is dedicated to the development of a plan to create an electronic store for children's clothing. Active development of information technologies pushes business to the new electronic world. However, many new companies are quickly leaving the market, misjudging the importance of business planning and analysis of the industry. Developing a comprehensive business plan is a key step towards success in creating a new business. The theoretical basis of the research are methods of determining the business model of the company, approaches to the analysis of the environment and competitors, as well as a system to create a comprehensive business plan. The methodological part of the study contains analysis of trends and threats in the industry, competitors, as well as comparative analysis of platforms for the creation of E-commerce business. In the third part of the given work the business plan developed for the company «MammyCares», based on the information, financial and risk planning received in the course of analysis of the industry is presented. On the basis of the received plan the business was started. The main conclusions and recommendations on the further development of business are presented.
