Anti-Corruption Compliance Control in the Russian Federation

The work is a comprehensive analysis of compliance control: compliance control was studied from the perspective of one of the major problems for the development of any state, and for the entire international community – corruption, the analysis of judicial practice, reflecting the state of the problem at the present stage of development of the system of measures of anti-corruption compliance control. Theoretical conclusions on the definition of anti-corruption compliance control are made, the normative consolidation of the concept of anti-corruption compliance is proposed, which eliminates the identified gaps in legal acts and law enforcement practice.
