The features of the development of the service sector in China, Japan and South Korea (in terms of tourist services)

The paper is devoted to the study of such a topical issue as the current state of the tourism sector in China, Japan and South Korea. The relevance is confirmed both by the increasing role of the Northeast Asian countries in world trade in services and by the rising contribution of tourism to world GDP. The characteristics of the service sector and features of the tourism sector in China, Japan and South Korea are considered. In order to give a forecast assessment of the development of the tourism industry in Northeast Asia, the analysis of the tourism sector of China, Japan and South Korea was carried out. On the basis of the summary analysis conducted by the author, recommendations on the development of the tourism sector in the Northeast Asian countries are proposed.
