Complex Soft Skills Assessment of Future Managers

This study is motivated by a widely discussed issue of evaluation of soft skills as managers’ future competencies. In the course of this study, the authors carried out a comprehensive assessment of the soft skills of 1-4 year students of the Faculty of Management using various methods. The methodology of the study includes the following methods: the psychological techniques, the graphological expertise, and the self-assessment method. The authors compiled the profile of future managers regarding the levels of development of the following soft skills: flexible thinking, purposefulness, creativity, critical thinking, sociability. Also, methods of assessment were analyzed from the point of view of various criteria (reliability of results, efficiency and laboriousness of the procedure, etc.).
