The Result of New E-procurement Types Practice within Contract System

The paper considers the first results of the use of electronic forms of procurement (request for quotations, competition). The analysis was conducted in order to study changes in procurement activities within the framework of the procurement contract system. Revealed general and structural changes. It was concluded that the goals of introducing electronic forms of procurement in Russia are partially achieved.
