The master dissertation analyzes the current challenges that affect the efficiency of a law firm in Russia. The author proposes a model of organizational development of the legal business, based on the creation of a specialized center for management development, reveals the advantages of operating in the company of this informal association of employees. Legal and managerial personnel employed in the Russian legal industry can use the research results.
