The master's work is devoted to the search for increasing the effectiveness of the work of the heads of the legal department to perform the functions as a top manager. The thesis identifies key indicators of an effective legal service manager and identifies missing competencies. The study describes the key tools of the top manager in making management decisions at the strategic level.
