Application of Enterprise Engineering Approaches for the Development of the Model of a Smart City

This paper is devoted to the study of the application of the principles of enterprise architecture in developing the Smart City model. The first chapter examines the city development trends and the concept of Smart City (the concept of Smart City, existing initiatives and programs, experience in implementing solutions and technologies of the Smart City). The second chapter is devoted to the architectural approach, this chapter describes the theoretical foundations of the enterprise architecture, analyzes the articles on the design of smart city architecture, and provides a brief overview of the ArchiMate notation. The third chapter of the work describes a practical approach to the development of the Smart City enterprise architecture (the basis of the approach, practical experience in architecture design, proposals for expanding and refining the approach).
