Infrastructure Investment Project Management: an Integrated Approach

The purpose of the dissertation research is a comprehensive study of individual contractual organizational and legal models for the implementation of infrastructure investment projects as a form of management of infrastructure projects. The work revealed existing approaches in defining infrastructure projects; the importance of the criteria for the classification of investment projects to infrastructure projects; highlighted criteria specific to infrastructure investment projects implemented on the principles of public-private partnerships; features of organizational mechanisms for managing infrastructure investment projects have been identified; The interrelation between the choice of the organizational-legal form of the implementation of the infrastructure investment project and the organizational mechanisms of project management has been derived. According to the results of the study, a comparative table of organizational and legal forms of implementation of infrastructure investment projects is presented, which is of practical interest. The study of work will be useful for managers engaged in the implementation of infrastructure investment projects, representatives of federal government bodies, students enrolled in the direction of training "Management", as well as for all interested in the development of infrastructure projects in Russia.
