Development of "IT Service Management" Cross-Platform System Based on the 1C Platform

The master thesis is dedicated to the improvement of IT service management processes by developing a cross-platform information system based on the 1C platform. Chapter 1 analyzes the main approaches of IT service management, application of the ITSM approach in Russia and business requirements for IT service management. Based on this analysis, a value proposition is being created for developing a cross-platform IT service management information system. Consequently, an analysis of the capabilities of cross-platform information systems is carried out and the selection of the optimal platform for the implementation of this type of systems is made. In Chapter 2 the architecture of a cross-platform IT service management information system is developed, functional and non-functional requirements for this system are set out. In Chapter 3 this system is developed on the 1C platform and is being tested by forming a test case. The final qualifying work comprises 60 pages, including 8 tables, 11 figures, 26 annexes, and refers to 63 reference sources.
