Legal Regulation of Bankruptcy of Individuals

Final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the Institute of individual’s bankruptcy in Russia. Public relations, emerging during the procedure of bankruptcy of individuals, are the object of study. The norms of the Russian legislation governing the bankruptcy of individuals, including the enforcement practice, are the subject of research. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters divided into paragraphs, conclusion and references. The volume of the paper is 59 pages. Introduction reflects the relevance, theoretical and practical significance of the study, sets goals and objectives of the paper. It also describes objects, methods and theoretical basis of the research. The main part of the study describes the sources of insolvency rules, identifies the features of the initiation of the case and reflects the specifics of each of the procedures used in the bankruptcy case of an individual. In addition, the work touches upon practical issues of challenging transactions of a person and reveals the content of unfair actions of the debtor on the eve of bankruptcy. At the end of the work the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are formulated.
