Bankruptcy Liquidator: Theory and Practice

This final qualifying work reveals a reseach on the bankruptcy trustee in bankruptcy process. The author analysed theoretical and regulatory provisions and law enforcement practice on the implementation of authority of the bankruptcy trustee in the Russian companies' bankruptcy. Moreover, the analysis of the effectiveness of the legal mechanism of influence on the bankruptcy trustee in the case of abuse in the bankruptcy procedure has been made in this work. Furthermore, the work has a practical importance due to the availability of proposals to amend the current legislation.
