The thesis focuses on development of corporate managment system for small scale IT business. The main aim of the company is to increase the competitiveness on the market. Within the framework of the research the current company structure has been analysed and the target structure has been defined. The suggested stucture aims to accomplish the tasks in the medium-term period strategy. There are also regulations about medium-term plaaning overview of the manpowe and financial resources of the company.
