Development of Methods for Monitoring and Assessing the Quality of Construction Projects

Quality management of projects is an essential element of project management and is especially important when implementing projects in complex production systems, such as construction. Assessment and measurement of the quality of a construction project is a more difficult task compared to estimating the costs and time of a project, which is also due to the peculiarities of the construction industry and the resulting features of the quality management of construction projects. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop a methodology for monitoring and assessing the quality of construction projects, as the most important stage in the quality management of projects during the construction of facilities. Based on the theoretical review, approaches to assessing the quality of projects with the identification of the specificity of the construction industry, as the survey conducted were systematized, a conceptual model for assessing the quality of construction projects was developed based on identifying factors and quality criteria, and a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation methodology for construction projects was created well. Approbation of the developed methodology was carried out on the example of a company.
