Development of Leadership Competencies Among Managers on the Example of the Organization "Leoni Rus"

In the international company Leoni RUS, there was a great interest in the development of leadership competencies as one of the most important conditions for individual, team and corporate success. The purpose of this study is to develop a program for the development of leadership competencies of company executives. As part of this work, various models of leadership competencies of foreign and domestic research were considered. Content analysis and psychodiagnostic methods were chosen as research methods in order to determine the level of development of leadership competencies most significant for the leaders of the organization. The results of the study suggest that special attention should be paid to the development of the motivation to achieve success and the development of organizational skills.
