The work "Violation of labor rights of shift workers in the Russian Federation" is devoted to violations of these rights and how they are described in social networks. The work is based on the theory of solidarity and all the work is based on this theory. The paper deals with violations of the rights of shift workers, which are reported by the workers in the group in the social network. The purpose of the work is to determine the types of violations that can be found in this field of activity. Look at the number of violations in figures using modern technology. Study of the mechanism of the group as a possibility of preventing violations.
