Features of Criminal Liability for Crimes in the Sphere of Economic Activity

This research is an attempt to demonstrate the turning points in the specifics of criminal responsibility for crimes in the sphere of economic area. Since this work implies a study of theoretical materials and analysis of judicial practice. Scientific, empirical, logical methods will be used and legal comparison will be applied. The study is devoted to acquaintance with the theory and jurisprudence that will reveal the question of responsibility for crimes in the economic sphere.
