Development of Proposals for Improving the Workplace Information Support of the Financial Director of a Medical Institution

The main objective of the work was to develop proposals for improving the information support of the workplace of the director of a medical institution for timely decision-making on improving the management process. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were solved: • The analysis of modern approaches to the formation and automation of the workplace of the director of a medical institution was carried out. • Indicators used by the director of the medical center to make management decisions and methods for their evaluation were defined. The indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of decisions made are grounded and selected for the recommendation. • The possibility of using methods of queuing systems to improve customer service of the center was evaluated. • Developed proposals to improve the information support of the workplace of the director of a medical institution for timely decisions on improving the management process Based on the results of the work, proposals were developed for creating a data visualization system that will give more complete information to the director of the medical center. With this system, the director of the medical center will be able to make timely decisions to improve competitiveness, financial stability and quality of the services provided.
