Data Warehouse Design for Microfinance Organization in India

Banks evolve every day, as competition grows; therefore, banks struggle to offer the best product for the lowest price to the right client. The purpose of the work is to implement a set of software tools, which would enable a microfinance organization to operate with terabytes of data it possesses, to launch marketing campaigns and other business needs. In the theoretical part of the work, it is supposed to analyze the differences between a common bank and a bank, that specializes on microloans, factors that are specific for banking business in India and overview the organization-specific requirements to the data warehouse. In the practical part of a work, data warehouse structure and data mart structure will be proposed in accordance with the requirements, which derive from specifics of the microfinance organization in India.
