The Use of Innovative Digital Technologies in the Field of Procurement Procedures

The work is devoted to identifying the possibility of using innovative digital technologies in the field of procurement processes. As a result of procurement procedures and building an effective and manageable model of the supply chain, the company forms the infrastructure, costs are planned, the quality of the received works / services or goods is monitored. The use of innovative digital technologies in the field of procurement procedures will allow transforming them into dynamic and fully integrated digital supply networks. In the course of work, various theoretical research methods are used, such as comparative analysis and modeling. In addition, to identify the possibility of practical application of innovative digital technologies in the field of procurement processes, a case study method was used. The case method is aimed at analyzing specific problems within a specific environment, situation or organization. As part of this work, an analysis of innovative digital technologies that may be applicable in the field of procurement procedures was carried out. The result of the implementation was a map of digital solutions in the field of procurement processes. The map can be used by private and public companies that conduct procurement procedures in electronic form.
