Exclusion of a Participant from a Non-Public Company

The aim of the paper is to determine the legal nature of the exclusion of a participant from a non-public company. In the first chapter the exception is studied in the system of institutions aimed at controlling the personal composition of participants, and in the system of ways to terminate participation in business companies, in the second - as a remedy of protecting rights. The third chapter examines the conditions for applying an exclusion to resolve corporate conflicts.
