This paper presents a project that aims to provide an understanding of the choice of strategy for analyzing and modernizing logistics activities and vehicles of a company engaged in the transport of dangerous goods, as well as expanding the range of services. The data obtained from the reports and calculations will make it possible to determine the optimal development vector for the selected company, while obtaining potential material and non-material benefits for the business.
