This research paper analyzes the initiatives that have been implemented under the auspices of Open Government Partnerhip in Russia. In chapter 2, using the author’s methodology, we assess feasibility and risks of implementing international initiatives in the areas of anti-corruption, open data and the Open Parliament in Russia
