Imposition of Punishment for Corruption-Related Crimes

The work is devoted to the consideration of various aspects of sentencing for corruption-related crimes and the development of a single concept of "corruption" that is relevant for legislative consolidation. In addition, an analysis of the effectiveness of existing measures of responsibility for corruption structures is conducted and practical proposals are put forward to improve the punishment for corruption, taking into account the goals of the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation.
