Unfair Advertising Under Russian Law

This article examines the features of legal regulation of unfair advertising in accordance with Russian legislation. The relationships that arise when entrepreneurs use inappropriate advertising methods are discussed in more detail. The urgency of the problem is due to the widespread use of unfair advertising in modern society. The degree work examines the criteria for unfair advertising, its types, as well as problems and conflicts in legislation. The correlation between unfair advertising and unfair competition in scientific doctrine and law enforcement practice is considered. A solution to the identified problems is proposed. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, two chapters, four paragraphs, conclusion, and a list of references.
