Problems of the Realization of the Right to Freedom of Speech on the Internet

The purpose of the study is to identify problems associated with the exercise of the right to freedom of speech on the Internet, as well as the development and formulation of their own proposals for their solution. The subject of the study can be called the norms of Russian and international legal acts, scientific papers, materials of law enforcement practice relating to the issues of WRC. According to the results of the study, some problems in the field of regulation of freedom of speech on the Internet were identified, and ways to solve them were proposed. The results obtained will help to resolve one of the fastest growing areas - the sphere of relations arising on the Internet.
