Corporate Contract: the Problems of Law Entorcement

This paper examines the institution of corporate contract, the emergence of which in the Russian legal system was the result of civil law reforms.The author has studied the legal nature of the agreement, conducted a comparative analysis of the institution of corporate contract in the countries of the Anglo-Saxon and continental legal systems. The main attention is focused on studying the problems of applying a corporate contract in practice by reviewing scientific literature, legal acts and judicial practice.
