Issues of Essential Amendment of a State (Municipal) Construction Contracts: Seeking for a Balance between the Principles of Legislation on the Contract System

In this study the problems of changing the essential conditions of state construction contracts are considered in the context of the principles of 44-FZ. These principles are characterized, conflicts between them are revealed. Legislative solutions are proposed.
