Corporate Conflicts: Ways to Prevent and Resolve

The study focuses on corporate conflicts. In the first part of the work, the tasks of determining the concept of corporate conflict, identifying the causes of their occurrence, and classifying corporate conflicts are solved. The second part of the study explores ways to prevent and resolve corporate conflicts. Such methods of resolving corporate conflicts as the liquidation of the company at the party’s suit and the exclusion of the participant from the company are most thoroughly considered.
