Interaction between the States of Central Asia and neighboring States was formed in conditions of historical dependence within the USSR, which had a significant influence on the formation of their identity and a region that combines diverse opportunities and vulnerabilities with tough external and internal challenges. It should be noted that within the USSR the Central Asia region was a lot of local areas, absolutely not coinciding in political and ethnic aspects. It can, therefore, be said with certainty that Central Asia is a relatively newly formed region on the political map of the world, which until recently did not have a clear and internally consistent system of foreign policy relations. Kazakhstan is one of the most interesting and developing countries which can be explained widely and with lots of provable references. The purpose of this work will be to analyze the formation of Russian-Kazakh relations in all the main aspects of cooperation.
