The subject of this master's thesis is the current replenishment model adopted by the Pernod Ricard Eastern Europe Operations Planning and Purchasing Department. The aim of this work will be to optimize stock level at Pernod Ricard Eastern Europe Operations warehouses and modify the current replenishment model
