As part of the study, an analysis was made of the economic, financial and economic activities and logistics activities of the X5 Retail Group company, the existing approaches to improving the configuration of logistics networks were analyzed, methodological principles for the reorganization of the logistics network using optimization modeling tools were developed, and a set of measures to improve the distribution network of X5 Retail Group was proposed .
