Features of Legal Regulation of Contracts for the Performance of Research, Development and Technological Works

The research is devoted to the peculiarities of legal regulation of contracts for the performance of research, development and technological works. The work consists of introduction, two chapters including six paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic is justified, the purpose and objectives of the study are formulated, the object and subject of the study are indicated, as well as the degree of elaboration of the problem. The first Chapter is devoted to the study of the legal nature, concept, and civil law characteristics of contracts for the performance of research, development, and technological work. The second Chapter analyzes the main elements of contracts for research, development and technological work, its meaning and responsibility of the parties. The conclusion contains the main conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of using contracts for research, development and technological work.
