The Crime Complex Analysis

The paper considers such a social phenomenon as crime. For this, an integrated approach and an attempt to consider the individual elements of the phenomenon in interconnection are used. Further, using the methods of legal analysis, the analyzed theoretical base becomes a guideline for finding inconsistencies of the principles of law and their practical application.
