Features of Regulation and Other Legal Aspects of Attracting Foreign Personnel in the Russian Federation

This work is a comprehensive analysis of the regulation of the employment of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation. In particular, the work explores international and national sources of legal regulation of the labor of foreign persons, examines the notion and legal status of foreign workers, and defines the procedure for the recruitment of foreign workers, also the characteristics of concluding an employment contract with foreign nationals. Besides, the research proposes the creation of a new Federal law «On labor immigration». The Act will help to solve existing problems in labor legislation and to develop the system of labor law.
