Material Responsibility of the Employer to the Employee

Annotation Given graduation Project is devoted to the study of the material responsibility of the employer to the employee. This study is presented by an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. The purpose of the study as stated in the introduction, is to study and generalize the theoretical provisions, as well as the provisions of the labor legislation on the material responsibility of the employer to the employee. The study revealed the concept of employer responsibility was revealed, as well as the grounds and conditions for its occurrence. While carrying out the study, a number of proposals were put forward that could contribute to strengthening the current legislation.
